On September 10th, our College held a symposium in the university student activity center to celebrate the 37th Teacher's Day. Yin Zhiguo, Secretary of the Party committee of the college, Zhao Xicang, President of the college, Wu Liping, deputy secretary of the Party committee and vice president, Fan Yanhua, vice president, teacher representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by vice president Fan Yanhua.

At the symposium, teacher representatives spoke enthusiastically and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the future development of the college, the training of young teachers, the improvement of teachers' treatment, professional curriculum construction, laboratory construction, discipline and professional competition management, campus culture construction, etc.

President Zhao Xicang extended holiday greetings to the faculty of the college. He put forward four requirements. Firstly, further strengthen the support for teachers' ability training. Secondly, further strengthen the construction of teaching foundation. Thirdly, further improve the awareness, quality and level of serving teachers and students. Last but not least, pay more attention to establish and improve a normalized, standardized and scientific management mechanism.

Yin Zhiguo, Secretary of the Party committee, thanked the faculty and staff of the college for their contributions to the development of the college. He put forward expectations for teachers and hoped that teachers could improve their educational ability while constantly improving their teaching ability. The college will further strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics and style, and do a good job in serving the growth and development of teachers.
