On September 8th and 9th, Jingjiang College of Jiangsu University smoothly and orderly carried out the students’ returning work, and successfully completed the work of registering new students on September 10th and 11th.

On September 10th, Mao Jian, Secretary of Dantu District Committee of Zhenjiang City, and other stuff came to the college to inspect and guide the epidemic prevention and control work.

On September 11th, President Yan Xiaohong and Vice President Chen Hong of Jiangsu University came to our college to visit new students. College leaders and heads of relevant functional departments accompanied the activity.

In order to implement the superior's deployment and requirements for epidemic prevention and control, and ensure the normal commencement of the 2022 autumn semester, the college has held several special work meetings, studied and deployed the relevant work of students, developed a detailed work plan, and effectively made preparations for epidemic prevention and control, service assurance, etc.

The college has arranged nucleic acid testing points at the school gate to conduct nucleic acid testing for students and checked in new students. It not only facilitates students to complete the return process efficiently, but also provides guarantee for building a safe campus. Our college has opened a "green channel" for students with financial difficulties.

Our college organized a volunteer team in advance to better serve the students. Volunteers carried pieces of luggage from the freshmen and shuttled back and forth among the crowd. From the station to the school, from the school gate to the student apartment, the volunteers provided a "one-stop" service for students with patience and warm explanations. In addition, the college has prepared free tea and drinks for parents, students and staff to relieve fatigue and quench thirst.
