In order to strengthen the exchanges between the new teachers of the college, enhance the cohesiveness of the teachers, and create a united and cooperative working atmosphere, the Human Resource Office organized new teachers to Nanjing from August 30 to 31 and launched two days and one night of outdoor quality development activities. There were 16 new young teachers participating in the event.

In 2018, Jingjiang College introduced a number of young and outstanding young teachers, which injected new vitality into the teaching and management of the college.
