Recently, our school held the National College English CET-4 Work Coordination Meeting in the conference room of Building 9 of the new campus. The meeting was hosted by Zong Bojun, the deputy dean of the college. The heads of the relevant departments of academic affairs, academic work, logistics and other departments participated this meeting.

At the meeting, the dean first emphasized that a new test area for the new campus was added to the CET-4 and CET 6. In order to ensure the normal and orderly examination, all departments must actively cooperate with the relevant departments of Jiangsu University to do the examination-related work. Secondly, the dean has divided the responsibilities of the administrative affairs office, the academic office, the logistics management department, the information center, the foreign language teaching and research group, etc., and requested the academic affairs office to fully cooperate with the academic affairs office of Jiangsu University to do the examination work for the new campus. The Office of student affairs shall strengthen the propaganda of the examinations, the logistics management department shall ensure that the property and security offices shall coordinate the work of the examination room, the arrangement of tables and chairs, and the power security. The information center shall cooperate with the foreign language teaching and research group to do the voice transmission equipment inspection, examination room monitoring work. Finally, the meeting discussed and determined the school bus pick-up time on the day of the CET-4 and CET-6 exams.

The meeting coordinated the work of various departments of the new campus and ensure the smooth progress of the CET-4.
