In recent years, telecom network fraud crime continues to occur frequently, which has caused great instability factors to the harmonious society and huge losses of property to people. On April 8th, a national teleconference on cracking down on new types of crime in telecommunications networks was held in Beijing. The important instructions of general secretary Xi Jinping and instructions from Premier Li Keqiang were conveyed at the meeting. It is necessary to adhere to the people-centered, fully implement the prevention and control measures, and resolutely curb the high incidence of telecom network fraud.

 In order to resolutely curb the high incidence of network fraud and enhance the ability of teachers and students to resist the crime of network fraud, Changshan police station and our college held a seminar on "zero fraud campus" on April 19th. Zhang Xuebin, director of Changshan police station, was the major speaker of the seminar. Wu Liping, deputy secretary of the Party committee and vice president of the college, Na Shengdong, deputy director of Changshan police station, and Huan Yuezhong, a policeman, attended the conference by watching the live broadcast online.

 In view of the high incidence of Telecom fraud in recent years, Zhang Xuebin vividly explained the deception path and main methods of Telecom fraud in combination with the real cases on campus. He required teachers and students to do "following things" (do not credulous, not disclosed, not transferred, and do report the case in time). We have to hold tight the wallet, effectively protect personal privacy, rights and property security, and improve the security awareness of various telecom network fraud methods.

 Our college attaches great importance to the publicity of students' prevention of Telecom fraud, and has organized "zero fraud campus” group, implemented "500-yuan transfer report system", carried out "anti- fraud" theme meeting and other measures. All these measures have provided a solid guarantee for the protection of students' personal and property safety and the creation of "zero fraud “campus. The seminar has effectively promoted the prevention of campus security, effectively enhanced the safety awareness of teachers and students, and effectively improved the ability of teachers and students to resist the crime of network telecommunication fraud.
