Mao Huanhuan, is from Haimen, Jiangsu Province. He is a CPC member. He graduated in Vehicle Engineering from Jingjiang College in 2006. During his college career, he was awarded Merit Student many times. Later, he studied at INALCO (Ecole National Superieure des Arts et Metiers ) in France. He returned to China in October, 2008 and now is currently working as a technical advisor to Arcelormittal, which is one of the biggest iron and steel companies in the world.
