In order to further promote the teaching methods and enhance teaching creative ability of young teachers. In the afternoon of March 16, Jingjiang College invited Professor Lu Zhengxing of Science College to give seminar of online training course to young teachers. Vice Dean Zong Bo jun of Jingjiang College, Director of academic division Fang Yuan and all young teachers to attend the seminar.

Professor Lu introduced the techniques of making micro lesson from three aspects, i.e, the composition of online course, PPT courseware making and construction and implementation of online course. The teachers all listened carefully, made detailed notes and asked questions. They all showed great enthusiasm and interest in making use of online course platform of micro-lesson.

The seminar not only points the way of the teaching reform and innovation for young teachers, but also provides a platform for the personal development of teachers which greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of everyone. Young teachers will undoubted make its efforts in working in the future so that more remarkable achievements of teaching will be made.
