On November 4, "Zhenjiang Daily", "Jing Jiang Evening News" and other medias reported that the new progress of Jingjiang College’s students work.: Student presented a special letter of appointment "dream pilot" to their counselors.

On the afternoon of October 28, 2015 afternoon, our college held a "Blue Rainbow Bridge • Navigating Jingjiang Dream" project launch ceremony. Representative students of 2014 gave Dean Lu Zhengnan, Party Secretary Chen Zhigang and six other leaders appointment letter of "dream pilot" and also hire them as "special teacher" to provide guidance for students' learning, research and employment. This innovative form showed the first time in Jiangsu University.

This "Blue Rainbow Bridge • Navigating Jing Jiang College’s Dream" project built up the bridge and platform between college leaders, counselors and students. In the current situation, students and young counselors urgently need mentors of global vision, rich experience, vast knowledge and noble character to guide them to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education practice and also nurture high-level talents who meet social needs. This project have an important realistic significance for school leaders to grasp the College’s situation, strengthen college’s leaning atmosphere, promote the growth of young counselors.
