On the afternoon of October 17th, 2013, a lecture on employment guidance for 2014 sessions of graduates fromJingjiang College,JiangsuUniversity was held in the conference hall on the first floor. This lecture invited Mr. Zhu Jianzhong, director ofZhenjiangTalentServiceCenter, and was attended by some counselors as well as over 400 graduates.

Director Zhu gave detailed illustration on how to adapt to the society and how to choose appropriate jobs. He firstly compared the employment status of graduates in the past and analyzed from the favorable and unfavorable factor, which enabled students to have a clear understanding of the current employment situation. After that, he detailed introduced the employment policies and arrangements of school and guided students to prepare for job-hunting from several aspects like psychology, knowledge, ability and information acquisition. Finally, Director Zhu introduced notice in job interview and urged students to pay enough attention, which benefited graduates a lot.

It is reported that a series of guiding programs will continue be carried out to help 2014 sessions of graduates to get a satisfied job.
