On November 19th, Jingjiang College organized a party secretary training course so as to further strengthen basic-level organization construction, give full play to the role of basic-level organizations’ fighting force, and to improve party secretaries’ professional quality and the ability to perform their duties. The training course was hosted by College Deputy Party Secretary Wang Shanmin, with 37 party secretaries attending the training who were newly appointed after adjusting college branch.
Wang Xiaoping, Researcher of Jiangsu University Organization Department, made a lecture named“development of party members” to clear up the specifications of the development of party members.
Chen Zhigang, Party Secretary of Jingjiang College made a special counseling report which entitled “Strengthening Party Branch Construction, Improving Work Level and Promote College Party Construction Comprehensively”. This report described the background, the meaning of organizing a training course, the characteristics of independent college party construction and the development, status, achievement and prospect of our college party construction.
Ni Hongyan, School Organization Member arranged the specific mission requirements of special inspection in developing provincial student party members.
Wang shanmin, Deputy Party Secretary of Jingjiang College described the new ideas of the Eighteenth National Congress for branch secretaries, which required all branch secretaries to organize learning activities seriously, unify their thoughts to the spirit of the Eighteenth National congress, deepen the understandings, enhance learning, implement seriously, and do their job more consciously.
The training got enthusiastic support and widespread acclaim of Party Branch Secretaries, and its response was good. After the training, all participated comrades promised that they would work with more enthusiasm and grasp the opportunity of deepen their studies of implementing “the Eighteenth Congress” spirit, and strive to make college party construction to new heights.
