In order to seize the crucial period for promoting employment work in the autumn and pool the efforts of colleges and universities and employers to facilitate high-quality and full employment for the graduates of the class of 2025, on September 10th, the Ma'anshan Human Resources Management and Service Center joined hands with outstanding local employers to visit Jingjiang College and carry out the activity of "Gathering Talents in the Poetic City - Campus Tour". Before the job fair started, the two sides held a symposium in the conference room of the administrative building. Cui Jingui, the Party secretary of Jingjiang College, Du Daolin, the dean of Jingjiang College, and the heads of relevant functional departments participated in this meeting, which was chaired by the head of the Student Affairs Department.

Cui Jingui introduced the information about the graduates of Jingjiang College, the joint construction of the employment platform, etc., especially the current situation of the source of students in Anhui of our college, hoping that the two sides would maintain a long-term and good cooperative relationship. Wu Qiang, the deputy director of the Ma'anshan Human Resources Management and Service Center, introduced one by one the current economic situation, working environment, and residents' living and consumption situations in Ma'anshan, and briefly described the main distribution of the employment needs of the visiting enterprises. He also expressed great welcome and support for the students from Anhui of Jingjiang College to "return to their hometowns for employment" and for students from other places to take root in Anhui.

After the symposium, the special job fair of the 2024 autumn Ma'anshan "Gathering Talents in the Poetic City - Campus Tour" at Jiangsu University Jingjiang College jointly sponsored by Jiangsu University Jingjiang College and the Ma'anshan Human Resources Management and Service Center was held in the Sports Activity Center.

      The job fair site was crowded and the atmosphere was lively. The students actively communicated with the employers and took the initiative to learn about the recruitment situations of the employers. According to statistics, the employers at this job fair received a total of 427 resumes. Next, the college will continue to make efforts, keep building a high-quality supply and demand docking platform for graduates and employers, vigorously gather advantageous resources to broaden the employment market, provide all-round and professional employment guidance services, and go all out to safeguard the development of graduates.
