In order to improve the overall teaching quality of our teachers, promote the reform of education and teaching, and promote the transformation and development of the college, On January 3,2018, our college held a special lecture and year-end summary meeting for the promotion of teaching ability of full-time teachers. Associate Professor Yin Fangmin and  Li Changjie from Jiangsu University were invited to give the special lecture. Dean Lu Zhengnan of our college gave a theme speech. All the full-time teachers of our college attended the conference. The meeting was presided over by Zong Bojun, the vice president of our college.

In the lecture, Associate Professor Yin Fangmin shared his experience in the understanding and communication between teachers and students and the control of classroom teaching with the theme of “Communication and Management of Classroom Teaching”. Associate Professor Li Changjie shared the experience of classroom interaction based on the teaching mode of “rainy classroom” with the theme of “classroom application of modern teaching methods” and introduced the characteristics of commonly used modern teaching platforms and tools. The two associate professors combined with their many years’ teaching experience to explain the career pursuit of outstanding college teachers to our young teachers.
