In order to further strengthen the construction of teachers' moral standard, and improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the organization, Yin Zhiguo, Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, gave a special education lecture on the theme of "how to realize the common growth of individuals and organizations". All the faculty and staff of the college participated in the lecture. The lecture was presided over by Fan Yanhua, Vice President of the college.

 Taking the fourteen business principles of Fayol as the starting point of the lecture, Secretary Yin used vivid cases to interpret the relationship between individuals and organizations. He emphasized four aspects: authority and responsibility, individual interests and overall interests, fairness and team spirit. Firstly, he encouraged the staff to adhere to their work. Secondly, he stressed that the organization serves the individual as the carrier of the individual, and at the same time, an individual must rely on the organization and obey the overall interests of the organization when the two interests conflict. Thirdly, he claimed that staff should select appropriate dimensions to evaluate fairness, so as to establish a correct concept of fairness and take active actions to improve their competitiveness. Lastly, he noticed the staff that even if their personal ability is outstanding, they would be eliminated sooner or later once they lack team spirit. The only way to obtain long-term competitiveness is to take both sides into consideration.

 Secretary Yin expounded how to realize the common growth of individuals and organizations from the height of theory, the breadth of practice and the depth of thought. The lecture was filled with rich content and profound implication. Through this splendid lecture, all the staff deeply realized the connotation of the relationship between the individual and the organization, and said that the individual and the organization are the whole organic part. In the future, we should implement the spirit in our work, realize the common growth and development of the individual and the college, and contribute to the construction of a high-level application-oriented university.
