On February 23th, our college held the 2022 graduate employment conference in Conference Room 219 of the Administrative Building. Wu Liping, deputy secretary of the Party committee and vice president of the college, relevant principals of the student work department, Secretary of the general Party branch of each secondary college (Department) and all full-time and part-time counselors of the 2022 session attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the teacher in charge of employment explained students' employment status, employment work arrangement of this semester, counselors' employment work skills and employment work requirements. It is suggested that we should fully interpret the employment policy for students, make good use of recruitment service resources, carry out employment publicity on a small scale for many times in combination with professional characteristics, and set up a "one person, one policy" assistance plan for students with employment difficulties.
Wu Liping put forward requirements for this year's employment work. He hoped that everyone would further understand the current situation, clarify the work objectives and employment tasks in action, establish an employment account, provide targeted assistance to unemployed and difficult graduates, form a joint force for the employment work of secondary colleges (departments), and truly implement the employment work.
