On the afternoon of April 22, opening ceremony of second reading festival "dialogue with the wise men" was held in Jing Jiang College’s auditorium. Dean Lu Zhengnan of Jingjiang College, Dean Liu tongjun of Jiangsu University Law School, Deputy Party Secretary Xia Ming of our College attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was held by Communist Youth League Secretary Gao Fukang of Jingjiang College.

Dean Lu Zhengnan gave the opening ceremony speech. He hoped the students can turn reading into a habit and pleasure and proposed four criteria of a good book. Then, Dean Liu Tongjun gave a lecture of "Talking about Reading". He used his own experience to discuss the origin of the Reading Festival and the method and the meaning of reading books.
