On December 8th, the first Youth League and Student representatives Meeting of the communist youth league of JingJiang College was held in the First lecture hall of School Conference center. Chen Wenjuan, the Secretary of Youth League committee of Jiangsu University, Chen Zhigang, the Secretary of the party committee of JingJiang College, Wang Shanmin, the deputy secretary of the Party committee of JingJiang College, Zhou xi’an, the director of students’ working affairs , Luo Jianfeng, Jiang Hao, Zhang Wenjuan, the Secretary of Youth League committee of JingJiang College attended the ceremony, as well as many independent colleges and some Secretaries of Youth League committee from the Secondary Colleges of Jiangsu University. The ceremony was presided over by Gao Fukang, the deputy Secretary of Youth League committee of JingJiang College.

At the opening ceremony, Chen Zhigang, the Secretary of the party committee of JingJiang College, first delivered the opening address. On behalf of college of party and staff, he also expressed the warmest congratulation to the General Assembly. Meanwhile, he affirmed and appreciated the achievements of Youth League committee of JingJiang College under the leadership of the Party Committee. He summoned our youth should compose a magnificent chapter with positive enthusiasm, highly responsible attitude and pragmatic spirit. Jiang Jun, the Secretary of Youth League committee of School of Finance and Economics, on behalf of other Youth League committees of fraternal colleges, addressed the meeting and expressed his congratulation and expectation to the meeting. Finally, Chen Wenjuan, the Secretary of Youth League committee of Jiangsu University made the speech. She spoke highly of the work of the Communist Youth League of JingJiang College in the past three years and put forward three proposals.

After the opening ceremony, the Assembly held a conference. At the meeting, all the representatives sent out an initial written proposal to all members of Youth League committee. The Youth League members should read books, broaden their horizons, increase their abilities and innovations; serve the people, improve their quality, adhere to the practice, advance with the times; look forward to the future, and move forward. Finally, Wang Shanmin, the deputy secretary of the Party committee of JingJiang College, made the speech and put forward three points.

This Conference is not only a review and summary of the work of College Youth League, but also a plan and vision for the future. It will necessarily impel our College Youth League work to a new level.
