The re-election of Jingjiang College Party Committee held in the multifunctional hall on Nov. 9th, 2011. 367 CPC members in 17 branches attended the meeting, which was presided by Mr. Wang Shanmin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee. It began with the solemn national anthem. Party secretary Chen Zhigang, on behalf of the last Committee, delivered a speech on “Gathering strength,steabilizing work, pioneering and innovating, being pragmatic and enterprising, comprehensively promoting the construction and development of Jingjiang College”, reviewed the work effect of the past three years and proposed the work objectives and main tasks of the following phase.
According to Election Ordinance of Primary Organizaitons of Communist Party of China, the meeting voted on the election method, the names of the counting overseers and counters. President Lu Zhengnan announced the written agreement of JC Party Committee re-election from Jiangsu University Party Committee and gave brief introductions to the candidates. Finaly, the new members of JC Party Committee was elected by secret ballot.
