1.Campus life
Students at CSUSB have the opportunity to engage in campus life and interact with a variety of other students from diverse backgrounds and cultures by participating in activities, groups and events. The campus has six colleges, over 75 undergraduate and graduate programs and enrolls more than 18,000 students.

3.Students may enroll in 10, 20 or 30 weeks of study at the undergraduate level with 12 units per quarter. Graduate level courses require special permission.A maximum of 36 units can be applied toward a bachelor’s degree and 13 units toward a master’s degree at
CSUSB (subject to approval by the applicable academic department).

Before Arriving in America
■Fill out and submit an application form online or by mail. The application will include an I-20 application section which you need to fill in to obtain an I-20 form needed for student visa application.
■View available courses and course descriptions athttp://bulletin.csusb.edu/and consult the Study Abroad Office at your home university. They will provide you with advice on which courses will complement your study plans and will transfer credit towards your graduation.
■Select housing accommodations and book your preferred option (University Housing or Homestay) at your earliest convenience.
■Make payment to the program and accommodation.
After Arriving in America
■Attend the special advising sessions that helps you select suitable classes, times and study sections.
■Complete the registration forms.
■Attend first class meeting for each course you hope to be enrolled in and obtain professor consent by asking him/her to sign your forms. If the class is full, department chair’s signature is also required. For 600 level courses, students must additionally request Graduate Dean’s signature.
