On April 10th, the undergraduate education work conference of Jiangsu Province was held, aiming to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, conscientiously implement the requirements of the national and provincial education work conferences, and promote the high-quality development of undergraduate education and teaching. Vice Dean Wang Guolin, related staffs of Teaching Work Department, Human Resources Department, and secondary colleges (departments) attended the video conference in Room 302 of the administrative building.

At the meeting, Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing Agricultural University, Suzhou University and Yancheng Institute of Technology respectively shared their experiences and practices around the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents, innovation and entrepreneurship education, reform and development of continuing education, digital education, and construction of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.

Deputy Director Yang Shubing summarized the progress and achievements of undergraduate education and teaching in Jiangsu Province in 2022. He also pointed out the problems, and focused on deploying the key work of undergraduate education and teaching in 2023. He emphasized that all undergraduate universities should always adhere to the central position of talent cultivation and the core position of undergraduate education, systematically and deeply promote reform and innovation, more effectively promote the implementation of various measures, and work together to promote the high-quality development of higher education in Jiangsu.
