In order to promote the implementation of the teaching reform of our college's academic planning courses and improve the teaching level and guidance ability of the student counselors, the Student Affairs Department carried out a training for teaching counselors of 2022 level students' academic planning courses on November 17th. The training was led by Zhang Fen, deputy head of the Student Affairs Office of Jiangsu University. Wu Liping, deputy secretary and vice president of the Party Committee, and the instructor of 2022 students' academic planning courses participated in the training. The training was hosted by Jiang Hao, director of the Student Affairs Department.

  Zhang Fen systematically described the steps and methods to guide students to carry out academic planning from three aspects: introduction to academic planning, formulation of academic planning, and implementation of academic planning. In the training process, Zhang Fen, combining her own experience, shared some interactive teaching methods with counselors.

  This training is an important part of the series of trainings for the quality and ability improvement of our counselors. Through this training, the counselors have improved their understanding of students' academic planning and career education, learned how to carry out the whole process and personalized planning guidance, further promoted the professionalism of our school's counselors, and effectively promoted the academic planning of our students.
